Packages

Dirty Motors Valeting reserves the right to vary any and all elements of our packages and prices at any time without notice.
Our Regular package cleans are based on a 4 weekly clean (depending on what was agreed with you first), to qualify for this package then a Deep Clean package must be first booked, we will then reserve a date 4 weeks after the first visit and thereafter, anything after 4 weeks or if your visit is being rescheduled more than once, then this would fall out of the requirements of this package.

Pre-booking

A 20% deposit is required for any of our services. After you make a booking online or directly, we will contact you with our account details for a deposit to be paid.
Deposits are non refundable, last minute cancellations under 24 hours prior to the appointment may lead to future bookings being automatically denied.
We carry our own water but will need access to an electrical outlet due to insurance purposes and to minimise noise and pollution. Please let us know prior to your appointment if we cannot gain access to an electrical supply at your home or workplace so alternative arrangements can be made.
Quotes are given based on what you tell us about your vehicle, we may ask for a few photos so we can give you a more accurate quote.
By booking our services you agree to our Terms & Conditions.

We cannot carry out any of our packages on public roads, private carparks or supermarket car parks. We require a private driveway with access to an electrical outlet, please contact us beforehand if this is the case, as failure to do so when we turn up could mean a cancelation and a rescheduled appointment made.

Booking Appointment

Although we are very punctual, we will not be held accountable for any unforeseen circumstances such as traffic jams or accidents, If we are late for your appointment we will always contact you to let you know beforehand.
If we cannot attend due to any of the above, then we will arrange another convientant date with you, your deposit will be carried over.
All our packages are carried out professionally with care and attention, however we cannot be liable for any damage on repaired paintwork or interiors by any third party company, we will point out any damage or repaired paintwork before any services commence.
Additional charges may apply if on inspection of the vehicle we find the vehicle is heavily soiled, containing vomit, blood or pet hair, if this is the case then before any work has begun we will discuss this with you.
Final checks will be done with you. If there are any issues you require addressing then they will be rectified. We will not take any responsibility after the vehicle is handed back.

Payments

The final payment must be made either via cash, card, or bank transfer on completion of the work.

Referrer Rewards

This offer has upto 2 months from the date of acceptance by the referrer.(The refer-a-friend voucher will be left inside the car on the conclusion of your valet)
In order for the referral to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to Dirty Motors Valeting, must book and pay for one of our packages and the referred friend must meet the conditions of their reward.
The Referrer will be notified by call, text message or email once a referred friend has booked one of our services and when the reward has been earned.
Rewards will be valid for upto 2 months from the date the refer a friend voucher was left in the vehicle (any voucher trying to be used after this timescale will not be valid).

Referred Friend Rewards

The Referred friend is offered money off when they book their first package subject to availability.
The reward is valid for 2 months from the point of issue to the referred friend.
In order to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer of Dirty Motors Valeting.
The Referred friend reward cannot be claimed by the same person (Referrer).
Once the refer-a-friend voucher has been used, or hasn’t been used after the 2 months issue date the voucher will become void.
